Kip the technician is very personable and very professional. He called before he arrived and was actually quite a bit earlier then planned but that was all right. He was able to troubleshoot a minor problem with the ultraviolet light device which is attached to my air conditioning duct system and he replaced the blown bulb. One Hour Heating and Air Conditioning technicians always do very good work. I trust the quality of the work that they do in my home. I recommend them highly.

Excellent customer service. Call was placed after ac went out during the night. Tech was at the house and trouble was found and repaired quickly,. Took a while to cool down but with this heat was just glad to have service restored and know One. Hour is there to help when needed

From one Kip to another I have no hesitation in saying this company has the best customer service. Kip came to repair a small problem. He was on time and even made me feel like my toddler ransacked house was normal. Lol! Heck, my big dog was even a fan and we all know they’re the best judge of character! Lol 👍 👍 Two thumbs up!

Keon Gaddis is very nice, respectful, professional, caring and trustworthy. He has serviced our A/C units many times before and take care of them. He remembers the little things about me and my family and always asks about my Mom and me. He lets me know what he will be doing and remembers how to get to the thermostats so I don't have to show him every time. This is important since I have a hard time walking. I would highly recommend their services to anyone.

Kip was a guardian angel for my 3 kids tonight. The AC when out and I could not figure it out. The Temp started reaching 80 degrees. I called One Hour to explain my situation and was told I'd get a call back. Within 5 mins I was told Kip is on the way. Once he arrived it was the most pleasant experience getting A/C work done at 11 pm. He was so nice and knowledgeable. Kip truly saved the day and this father of 3 I can't explain how importantthis was to my family.
