James was amazing! Class act! Very knowledgeable! He took his time to look over everything that I asked and he effectively explained everything to me! I would recommend him to not only friends, but I would trust him in doing work at my grandmother's home!

James called and asked if he could come earlier than the original appointment. Quickly deduced the issue and checked with the manufacturer if the faulty part was still under warranty. It was, saving me the money for the part.

Micah was on time. We ran into a few issues before getting my thermostat installed. He did try various ways to get it working. I can say he had a good attitude and it matters alot. Just the people that he was trying to reach was not answering the phone. So it made it take long, but he was fair in pricing. Overall I am happy because it is functioning and he was nice to put the other pieces up for me. Thanks Micah.
