Very service oriented. That's missing now in most businesses. It may sound strange but their concern seemed to be that I remained cool and not the replacement of a broken part. Which, by the way he had on the truck. The entire process was very pleasant and painless. He was here less than an hour. Identifying the problem and completing the repair. Even the price was acceptable. I will use them again and I recommend that you give these guys an opportunity to earn your business. I am sure they will.

Kip was amazing. He was super professional quick and very efficient he did not waste my time he got right to the point. Very respectful of my home and even our dog Chanel. This is the second time that we have used this company and they have been outstanding Nic was our first technician both amazing gentlemen they definitely know what they are doing.

Kip was punctual looking professional and had a great composure about him. He gave me a free quote for a new system which was within budget and answered every question I could ask. We did not choose this company but will recommend and also use in the future since Kip did an amazing job. Thank you!

The technician was professional and very informative. He discussed with me several options on behalf of the unit. Although I told him I would pay in full he discussed with me finance options.

By the way, me checking the NO box is we’re deciding which way to go.

This is the best experience I have ever had with an heating and air company. My AC Unit stop blowing cold air, so I decided to take a chance on One Hour air conditioning and heating. Customer Service was great that all well and good. I was more focused on weather or not they would be able to fix my old unit and all I can say is Kip is one of the most knowledgeable guys I have ever had work on my unit. Kip repaired my old unit of 22 years. I am purchasing a new unit because of the service Kip provided. The new unit was not forced on me, Kip provided the different options I could have went with. If you are looking for a company to work on your heating and air unit call One Hour and ask for Kip and I absolutely know you want be disappointed in the service. Thanking God for good people and companies. Kip and One Hour Air Conditioning and Heating is truly a solid company. I will let you guys know how things go when I get my new unit.

Excellent service! Notified before technician was in route. Arrived within scheduled timeframe for service call.Unit problem was promptly diagnosed and repaired. Issue with unit and repair was explained to me. James was one of the gentlemen who installed the unit. I appreciate how through and polite he is to deal with on a/c. He is one of the reasons that I will contact OneHour if I experience any future issues.

Can't say much more about this company. Two years ago I signed up for the maintenance agreement and have had nothing but quality service. Recently my upstairs unit stop working I made a call Sunday morning and my amazing technician Nick showed up that same day in the afternoon. Corrected my issue in what has to be record time now my son and daughter are back sleeping in their rooms tonight!!!.
