We had a problem with our old Trane AC system. Kip Nails, from one Hour ac, came out and checked our old unit and said it needed replacing. Due to temperatures close to 100 degrees Kip fixed the old unit temporarily until a new unit could be installed. Kip gave us a reasonable cost for new AC. Kip was professional, reasonable and represented One Hour AC very well. Thanks Kip.
The installation was performed by Micah and Josh. Both men worked hard the entire time, did excellent work, answered all questions. Both men were a pleasure to deal with.

I would recommend One Hour Air Conditioning! Chad Thornton was Awesome helping me with my ac problem. I was out of town working and he was Awesome with the scheduling for late afternoon appointment. I really appreciate his professionalism and concern with my ac problem at my home! This was my first experience and I will Only use you for all my business!!

All three representatives, Bill who gave the estimate and Cedric and Micah who came and did the service, all very professional and incredibly courteous, excellent work done. They cleaned up after themselves and had some of the best customer service skills and manners that I have encountered in quite some time. Absolutely will be calling them back for anything else I need.

Kip Nails Came to do an estimate on my cabin and was extremely professional and informational! Was very honest and would def use this company in the future!

I contacted the company at 10pm when my air went out. They had someone here at 8am the next morning per my request. The gentleman that came out was very thorough. He gave me multiple options to choose what worked best for me. I was very impressed and ultimately chose this company to replace my furnace and AC unit. I had a couple of quotes and they by far exceeded all for multiple reasons!

James was absolutely a gentleman and performed very professionally and efficiently. He was both personable and very much the professional conveying confidence and knowledge in explaining what was needed and what he would be doing for us to correct the issue. We greatly appreciated meeting him and thank One Hour for sending him. In addition, he was able to come about 4 hours earlier than planned, but accommodated our schedule. In his efficiency, he accomplished the work very quickly.

In addition, I want to give a two thumbs up and a most grateful thank you for the kindness and efficiency of the ladies who take the calls and convey the information. Thank you, dear ladies. They are part of the reason that I would use One Hour again.

Kip, the Technician, was prompt, professional & a very pleasant personality. Explained in detail what & how he was eliminating the loud noise in our upstairs unit. Replaced a part & showed me removed part & why in an understandable manner. It was Kip’s first visit to our house but he is an excellent asset to the company! Nickolas came and fixed my AC this week. He was the MOST pleasant, kind, caring person. I have never had someone come to my home to repair something as kind as him. He fixed it, explained everything to me in terms I could understand, and did an amazing job. I really appreciate him!

Complete nightmare. No communication from management after 4 trips. Installed a coil that was too large so the unit was left open with a filter laying on top of the coil to collect dust. It collected water instead. Never cleaned the dust before installed after I was assured they would. Not a single kind word from the people answering the phone once there was a issue. 3 installers who did not have the experience or knowledge of the job. A plumbing manager set up the 4th service call because who knows who runs the heating and air side. Never a follow up no apology. Nothing. The unit was overpriced for the brand and the terrible service. I did however receive cookies and a tacky cooler for the free advertising they think they can get.
If I could have recalled the loan i took out i would have had them remove the terrible work. Im now having to pay another company to figure out whats wrong because everytime the unit turns on it sounds like a car starting up in my hallway. Stay away and do more research.
