Jerome and Tina were very responsive and professional. Jerome was one of the best technicians I have been around. My unit is up in age and I was expecting him to tell me to replace it. He fixed the issue and said why would you replace something that can be fixed! They were very professional and I will recommend them to everyone that has AC issues.

I cannot begin to describe what a wonderful experience we had with Jerome and Optimist Heating and Cooling. I have had several issues with different AC repair companies in the past, and after today, I will never call anyone else. Jerome was very professional, knowledgable, and just an overall great guy. Not only did he fix the issue that my unit was having, he also went above and beyond to ensure that every other part of my unit was working properly. My wife and I are over the moon to have a working air conditioner, and I could not recommend Jerome and Optimist Heating and Cooling more!!!

Jerome from Optimist reached out me after submitting a home warranty claim. The company that came out last year was unable to resolve the issue but Jerome was able to get a full replacement HVAC system.
