    I cannot say enough good things about this company. They were professional and courteous from the get go, which is a huge plus in today's world. That's hard to come by. The girls who handled communication were absolutely awesome, and kept us well informed every step of the way. Brian, the technician, who came to our house was awesome. He was very knowledgeable of his job. He took time to answer all our questions, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was in working order before leaving. It was a breath of fresh air to have a great transaction with this company. I highly recommend them.

    Arrow Air Systems technician was prompt, courteous and professional. Fixed my AC unit and had me up and running in no time. Contacted me the same day after going through my home warranty company. Highly recommend.

    Run! Don’t use them. Check the pictures of what they say is well working unit! I’ve had them come out 3 times using warranty company . Sent by AHS. Twice for heat. First time replaced motor, and thermostat. Seemed to work but stopped and had to come out to fix mistake. No big deal. Now it’s hot outside , House has been like a refrigerator all year so far but sunday stopped blowing cold couldn’t get temp below 76! Guy came out replaced thermostat and still showed 74 and says it’s working as should nothing wrong… got attitude when told him something wrong when I had cold house now I have hot house. He rigged up fan to blow harder and left. That was Thursday. Called owner , Randall, Friday , he said based on the numbers it’s working as should and I have to live with it. Grow more trees. It’s Saturday NIGHT!!! Not even hot outside now (74 outside ). It’s 72 inside with thermostat set at 67 all day !!!! Wouldn’t use this company even with free warranty plan . I don’t care what the gauges say! It either works or don’t and it’s not.

    UPDATE…. Now today (Sunday) not even coming on …. I guess still it’s working great according to Arrow!

    Got off phone with warranty and Arrow put in claim for new coil and Freon to them....but nothing wrong they told me ? hmm false claims

    Second company to look at our system and Brian found the problem immediately. He fixed us up and was on his way! He was polite and professional and fast. Thank you!

    Arrow Air is contracted with my warranty company. They were very responsive. The techs who came out to install my furnace was very helpful & polite. The tech Qualin Evans went over & beyond to ensure that I was satisfied with my service. He was very polite, understanding, informative, & helpful throughout the whole process. There was a power outage in the neighborhood twice, he didn’t get frustrated and ensured me that I would have my air situated before they left. He is a very great asset to the company, awesome customer service!

    I believe in giving credit where it’s due & would like to add that the Tech Alex who came out to help me with a repair was also very polite, helpful, & informative. These guys are the best! Wonderful customer service!

    Terrible service. Replaced 4 parts and after that did not work, they "guessed" it was the thermostat, which it turned out not to be.
    two different technicians advised that whoever worked on it, has my wires all over the place and has pretty much torn my unit up.
    2 months later and I am still without air

    I had to replace both of my air handler/heat pump units and condensers. After fighting with our home warranty group, I finally agreed to reach out to their contractor which is Arrow Air. I have to say, I read a few bad reviews that concerned me but decided to call them and speak with them personally.
    The owner of Arrow Air walked me through all of my questions and Concerns and responded at a level a non technical person could understand. I was very impressed and comfortable with Randall after completing the call. I was quoted a very fair price for the units and included a dehumidifier. I accepted the offer on Friday and had a team here with the 1st unit on Monday.
    George and Qualin were exceptional, great techs and lovely people. I was very impressed from start to finish. I have no reservations in posting a good review for this company and this team.

    I would choose negative stars if I could. This place is an absolute scam. It’s been well over 4 weeks since we first called them out. They’ve been to our home many times and still never even diagnosed the correct issue or fixed ANYTHING! They actually made things worse. They never even fixed the original reason we called them out before trying to get us to pay an additional 7000. And this is after well over 7 times of coming out to our home. They simply do not know what they’re doing. Id rather spend an entire winter with no heat than call these people back out to my home. DO NOT HIRE THEM!!!
    Reporting them to anyone and everyone they can possibly be reported to.

    My Home warranty sent arrow air out to check my system. They found that my system needed to be cleaned. I paid my service fee and they said they would return later in the week to complete the cleaning. When the tech arrived again he asked for pAyment for the job on arrival. I asked to speak to a manager and AJ was very kind and gave me the number to call. When speaking to Karen I was trying to understand why this was requested before the job is complete and Karen got very rude and unprofessional as I was asking why I was never informed of this and was it in their policy? She would not let me speak and threatened to cancel the job. I told her that she was being very rude and unprofessional and we would not use their services after today She then proceeded to tell me that they don’t want to do business with anyone that doesn’t want to pay upfront. I then explained to her that I was just trying to get an understanding of what was going on but the way she was speaking was very condescending and belittling.

    I would not recommend using them especially if Karen is involved. There is no reason to speak to someone the way she did or try to cancel a job due to a customer trying to get a policy clarification.

    On the other hand AJ did a Very good job and was able to explain the initial issues of my air unit, what he did to fix it and showed me the new readings as well. It was a pleasure to work with Him and appreciate his work as I know it isn’t easy especially in this heat.

    Randall and his crew are exceptional! They do not over charge. They will work with you. And most importantly they communicate effectively and efficiently. If you are having an emergency, Randall will answer the call himself and work it out so your problems are solved as quickly as possible!
