Our parents had a reason for telling us 1st impressions matter, that we should take pride in who we are, and the family or organization whom we represent. BY no means am I suggesting Randall has his techs were 3-piece suits, but to possibly re-consider what Arrow presents when 1st arriving at the door. Unreal. Not to mention it would have been kinda cool if 1 of the 4 times they came out to lead with "Hello. I'm so and so with Arrow and heard you had a problem I'm here to fix." As opposed to the 4 for 4 "I have to collect $100 before I come in." Look at this pic of coils Arrow charged us to "clean." Suffice it to say you'll have no luck finding a negative review from me anywhere, and I write them all the time. This is the worst company I've ever dealt with, and I'm just getting started.
If I could give zero stars I would. Without giving all the details their technicians have no clue what they are doing and Karen in the main office is absolutely the most rude and unprofessional person I have ever dealt with. It took them almost 3 months to bandaid our air after they had to come out here 5 times because they couldn’t ever order the right part, and now 2 weeks later the air isn’t working again. I honestly wouldn’t recommend these people to my worst enemy.
My experience with this company is below any means of any standard that you would suggest for a company that claims to be professional. First of all, they sent out this young guy but I feel did not know what he was doing. He kept snapping pictures and calling other people to assist him with my situation. My problem was merely outside and to be honest I had already told him what the problem was before he even started. The problem was my compressor. He changed out all these different things that had nothing to do with the fan and after an hour and 30 minutes he then comes to me as if he was defeated and told me that's a problem with my compressor. I told him that's what I told you at the beginning of the service call, but that's neither here nor there. So he continues to tell me that they do not carry the compressor that I have for my unit and that it would need to be ordered and it will take an a week for it to be ordered so I complied and thank him for his time after paying him the service fee. Fast forward 4 days I decided to call the company just to double-check and see if the part has by any chance already come in and to my surprise the operator their stated that my claim was actually denied from my home warranty company because the technician stated that my compressor going bad in an 11 year old air conditioning unit was not normal wear and tear and that I be customer could have prevented it from actually happening so in that case the warranty company denied my claim which was total home protection. I would not suggest this company be used because it seems as if the technicians they're clearly need a little bit more training they do not know what they're doing and what it seems like there is also doing is coming out diagnosing the situation and going back and telling the actual company that that hired them that this was something that was not considered normal wear and tear so the company would not be obligated to fix your units or your equipment and still charge you the service fee that is not a refundable this whole entire thing to me is just a complete rip-off and I do not suggest that they be used
Arrow air installed a new HVAC system after our old system quite literally blew up. They were precise in their quote, professional in their service, and very personable. My tech Cole was interested in our satisfaction and, I felt, the integrity of their work.
Using this company because 2-10 made ua use them. Its been almost a week without air in this heat. They could help us, but they have to put in a work order to 2-10 home warranty firat, which could then take 5 days. That's not the problem. The problem is the lady on the phone telling me they won't submit the work order until tomorrow because, "Um, we're too busy catching up on stuff from yesterday." -- My children have to sleep in 90 degree heat even longer thanks to this company and their rude staff.
I want to thank everyone at Arrow air, they do an awesome job. Everyone is great from Karen who answers the phone, the tech who comes out to do the work, and the owner who always does what and when he says he will. I have found an amazing company, i will always call when I have a problem with my unit.
I can't say enough about these guys! The office staff was very nice and sent a Tech out on their very next available day. (they even send text update notifications). The Tech/s were on time, extremely knowledgeable and very professionally mannered. AAS LLC stands behind their work. They were steadfast with my service call until they got everything up and running. AC is now blowing nice and COLD. Super happy with everything! Thank yall so much!
There was a slight hiccup with the initial repair but they were quick to fix it and didn't put the burden on us. As a small business owner, and as a homeowner, that's very important in these trying times. My wife is 9 months pregnant so she was very concerned about the second tech not wearing PPE but he might not have had any as it is hard to come by these days. We just wiped down the doorknob and thermostat with a Clorox wipe and he did a great job.
John gave me a quote for 2 new Heat and cooling systems on Thursday. Two days later a woman called Karen who claimed she was John's boss, answered the phone, was very uncouth and said said they could no longer give me the units for the price John quoted. I was shocked and asked how prices could change in couple days and she was very rude and didnt allow me to speak and kept saying 'have a good day.' Even if I get a good price from them, I will never ever use them if they dont know how to handle a new customer.
