Ronnie West and Rodney Brown were the best most professional honest guys i have ever met in the heating and cooling business. They made sure everything was perfect and running correctly after installing a brand new air and heat pump and outside air conditioning unit. It was mine and my husband's first time using them and I couldn't be happier, Thank you guys so much for your kindness and being very professional. I will always use Myers Comfort Specialist heating and cooling!!!💙💙💙

Myers fixed by central heating unit. They had to come out three different times. I don't think it was the company fault. Each time they tried something different and third time was a charm. Their repair men are extremely nice and will keep you in the know.

This company has some great techs. I have had a couple of issues now the last month where the techs have been very knowledgeable. One failure saved me money in getting the unit operational and determining it was just a blown capacitor vs a blown motor like onehour had told me and wanting 600 dollars to fix.
However it took 3 weeks to replace my primary central air system specifically the condenser unit outside with an inside coil. The tech that came by immediately put down what I already knew which was that I needed a new unit as I had an old R22 system that had blown up. (I had 2 other company's come down and offer to install a new unit that DAY or within a couple of days).
American Home Shield authorized the replacement pretty quickly.
In every step of the process it was one large communication break down after another. No internal communication amongst Myers managers as to what was going on. I was promised that I would get called back but I never did, only the initial call back, only after constant calls did they call back during the 3 week process. After 2 weeks into the process I had to get American Home Shield and Carrier all on the phone together so finally it could be admitted that the condenser unit had been ordered from the wrong warehouse. Only then did they finally schedule me for a unit install.
The unit install went great. Their techs installed it with no issues, they were wonderful people they did everything right and correctly. They also cleaned up after they were done and were very friendly and treated my animals very kindly.
Just be careful that even though this company has got some great techs that can fix and correctly diagnose your problems, you will have to make sure you are doing your due diligence when it comes to a major job to insure that equipment is being ordered correctly and that you are being scheduled correctly.

Had a terrible experience with Myers customer service and do not recommend using them if you can avoid. They were sent by my home warranty, and I am doing everything I can do contact AHS and let them know about this experience. I do want to say that my technicians did a great job and were timely, professional and educated; it is not their fault for my awful experience. However, the women I dealt with at the front desk were very disrespectful and unwilling to help me at all. I work full time and cannot leave my office at 2 pm for an appointment, which posed many challenges in scheduling. After multiple cancellations, we agreed on a 12-3 pm window. When I checked my ticket the next day, it was moved from 2-5 and the techs showed up at 4:30, while I was still downtown at work. I tried calling the office (22 times) on my way rushing home, leaving work early and got voicemail each time. The techs let me know that most people leave at 4 pm .... I think that's highly unprofessional when there are still customers being dealt with. I ran into the same issue with no one answering during the 11 am hour, which is normal business hours. Again, my techs did a great job in a timely manner, but the headache and stress posed by the front desk is the reason for 1 star.

(During May 83 degrees inside)
-home warranty covered parts and labor but we had to pay 12lbs/$700.00 for coolant
-only 5 months later we have no coolant and our pipes are frozen over.
-called to find out what they could do since obviously something is still wrong since it’s only been 5 months
they only warranty is on the actually part
Labor is only warranted for 60 days
Coolant is only warranted for 90 days
DO NOT RECOMMEND MYERS

RaShad and Matt from Myer’s came out to check my AC unit. They were prompt and professional. RaShad explained everything and gave me several options. The cost is half what another local company had quoted. I would not hesitate to do business again with Myer’s!

This company gets 0 stars for their lack of urgency, office staff who allows the phone to ring for 15-20 minutes (I'm not exaggerating) and employing some real pieces of work. After many calls to AHS and Myer's and a week without air conditioning, Tristan came out today and took the time to correctly diagnose and repair our AC unit! Tristan deserves a raise and 5 stars! He showed us pictures of the problem, checked out what the first technician told us needed to be urgently and expensively repaired and found it in sound condition.

Myers has performed services for me over the past several years. they have always been timely and professional. They have been responsive to a variety of different type service calls and always provide quality service and value. I have dealt with Myers on two different occasions through American Home Shield. The first encounter was not ideal. They did come out with the wrong part, but were very apologetic. We had another issue arise....Brian came out today, and ran some test to find the problem. He was very upfront and honest. He showed us exactly what the problem was, and ordered the part. They are very timely, call when in route to your home, and keep you up to date on the progress of the repair. I will forever be a Myers customer with or without a home warranty. Their staff is very sweet, respectful, on time, and does great work. Thanks Myers! I am sure to reccomend to all my friends.

After reading all the reviews I would hope people understand most do not write complements, just complaints. We were just serviced by Myers Comfort Specialist, Associates Casey S. and Joe W. A father son team that work with precision and professionalism far above what one normally see’s in the field of maintenance. Our contract is with American Home Shield, most of the problems one will encounter is not the maintenance, but by the Insurance company. The home office of Myers could use some work, they lack communication skills between the customer and the service technician, we experience quite a bit of frustration talking with the receptionist, but that is not the fault of the technician’s , if anything these gentleman helped Myers Comfort save face. Both men displayed a high level of honesty and integrity in both their work ethics and company dedication. They installed a new outside unit and we were very pleased. The technicians had a problem getting the part, but with their perseverance, they were able to resolve the issue within their own house and more than satisfied the customer. We know we will need additional work with our air handler in the near future, based on their recommendation. We will not hesitate to request both of these men again. The only problem Myers Comfort will have is we will ask for the same two technicians. That kind of quality is tough to find in any company, I hope Myers Comfort passes this on to both Joe and Casey, if it were my company, I would do everything I could to keep them employed, they are the reason we will come to you for all our future needs.
