My AHS had them to come out the next day after I called. It took about 15 or 20 minutes to diagnose and replace the thermostat. It is working great and is a digital thermostat which I like better than my old one.

I have used Meyers for about 10 years. Have never been disappointed with them. I highly recommend the company.

This company is a SCAM came out 2 times through American home shield to our property. The 1st time they came out they said we needed a new compressor, Nothing was said about the coils. They claimed we were denied through American home shield, and closed out the work order. So we called America home shield and they said we were not denied and sent over another work order to Myers. On the 2nd time out to our property they advised that the reason the unit was not working is because the coils were dirty and needed to be cleaned. They never said anything about this on their 1st trip and he charged us $286 to clean the coil, And the unit stilll does not get all the way hot and Not working efficiently. We Have to run the unit on emergency heat. Then the company sends the work order to America home shield and says pre-existing conditions, which is NOT TRUE. I feel this company should refund us the $286 back.

Very professional an nice but I gotta give my flowers to Mike not only did he fix the problem he also taught me several things during my visit. If you get Mike to work with you got yourself a gem you will learn something.

Our HVAC System quit working and had to replace the whole unit. They were fast, courteous, on time and got the job done. We will use them again in the need arises.

The girl on the phone said I could have an estimate on what was wrong, the technician went out and then called me for payment without giving me an estimate, Not only did they charge me for the part but charged me labor and a service fee for going out. I never received a call for the estimate he said the thermostat is already in. The service technician was rude and said they don't give free estimates unless it is a new unit. He said I'll take the thermostat out and you can pay me for the trip charge of $89.00 I told him the girl in the office said I could have a free estimate. The technician said we don't do free estimates. I said well you need to take this up with her. I asked why the thermostat was so high $279.00 he said that's the only kind he keeps in his truck. So I paid the $379.00 not sure what the extra $100.00 was for but I will never call this company again. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY - WOULDN'T EVEN CALL THE OWNER FOR ME TO DISCUSS THIS MATTER.

The service was great the people who came to fix my AC unit was on time and did a wonderful job in repairing the unit and didn't leave until they made sure that it was working properly and they was very professional and friendly.

Rashad is a great tech knowledgeable and polite. So was the young lady didn’t get her name. All in all I will use them again. But hope they don’t have to!

Lewis did an amazing job 👏. He handled everything plus some. He gave me tips to help stop problems. He was professional. I don't know if I could have made it without Lewis. Ask for him his rating 4 stars 🌟
