Andrew Miller came to my home on a service call to repair/service my HVAC unit. This young man was amazing; went beyond the call of duty. He immediately located the problem and did a complete inspection of the entire unit to make sure that all issues were addressed. The customer service was incredible, he was polite and very respectful. Andrew was very knowledgeable and thorough with locating the problem and repairing my unit. I immediately felt the cooling effects in my home. After completing the work on my HVAC unit, Andrew wet vacuumed the water that flooded my garage and also offered to mop up the remaining water. He left some very helpful maintenance tips, for future use so that I wouldn't encounter the same issues again.

Awesome job Andrew, keep up the great work; your company is very blessed to have you on the team....Kudos to you!

This company was booked through American Home Shield, and I wish I had known how terrible they were so I could have cancelled the appointment. It took four visits for a simple coil replacement that even with the home warranty cost me $1500. They charged me for 8lbs of freon even though my system only holds 4lbs. Unfortunately, I'm active duty Army and was unable to be at the home when the service took place. However, I did have my own contractor inspect their work, and he was appalled. I was charged for work not completed, done incorrectly, and looks terrible. I'm currently trying to get statements of work completed since I"m selling the house, but just receive a vague inventory of overpriced work. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!!!

Evan and Casey blew away all expectations. They walked me through on what they were doing and willing to answer any questions that I had. I can not recommend them enough and I will use them again because of Evan and Casey. They were genuine and professional and they felt like family. Thank you again guys!

So far so good. The service representative Blaise was on time and was very thorough in his evaluation. His diagnosis indicated that the compressor was failing and recommended replacement. He said that the new compressor should be available in 24-48 hrs and that they will contact us for replacement. Now we wait and see. Hopefully Myers will deliver on his promise. Will keep you updated...

Great experience! I have American Home Shield warranty and after reading reviews from customers that had a warranty, I was very leery about using this company. WELL, let me tell you, it could not have gone better, Great honest techs and front office ladies. Thanks Triston, Scott, Sue and the other young ladies that answer the phones. Everyone was professional and courteous. As an office manager myself, I can tell great service when I see it. Run from this business! They have the WORST customer service. They came out to check on my AC unit. Told me the problem, they were supposed to get back with me. Never did. Made multiple phone calls. We finally ended up calling Skeletons Heating and Air! They were very professional in getting back with us, promptly! Should of called them first!

Joe and Chase know there stuff. They stick it through until it's done rite. These 2 guys did a warranty Job for me that in my opinion was tough. They tackled the job without 2nd guessing at it and made sure it was rite before leaving. I would definitely use myers again and specifically ask for these to guys.

Blaise from Myers Comfort Specialists was on time and very professional. He was able to find that my thermostat was not communicating with my heating system and install a brand new thermostat all within an hour. Definitely recommend!

Wanted to share what good service I recieved from your tech, Jesse! He made a service call today for heating units not working for Home Shield warranty. He called ahead to say he was on his way, arrived promptly, was very professional, and got my unit working! Also, he presented other products sold by Meyers that could help make my heating more efficient. I found Jesse to be polite and respectful-a good representative for your company!

Tristan and his partner were wonderful! This duo were superheroes in my opinion! The work was done quickly and they discussed the repairs done and pro-active measures I needed to folloow.

Okay today is July 8 2018, this is an updated review of Myers. The guys that do the service are really good, but the company stinks! I use Myers through American Home Shield. Myers is horrible trying to get service on the weekend, they do not do Emergency Services, and they do not cover what they've already fixed. Except for one of their dispatchers, the others are cold and very heartless. I actually had to use another company to fix something that Myers should have checked before they checked off on the job they did. And I don't think it was the guys, I think it was Myers over scheduling them. They are not hourly friendly, they don't work around schedules of working people, an example of 8 to 5. Because I have had to use another company to fix something, I'm out another hundred dollar service charge, for something that their company should have checked. When I did call for service, I was told we don't work weekends, turn your AC off, and oh well, sorry it's hot. I've also lodged a complaint with American Home Shield against them and Myer.
