Aaron and Chris came out for our appointment today and we couldn't be happier with the results. They were on time to the appointment and handled everything cleanly and professionally. We have had a lot of experience with Myer's Comfort Specialists and they always have excellent technicians who are knowledgeable, polite, and professional. I can't speak to their costs as our home warranty covered our repairs but I can speak to the quality of work, which is incredible. When it comes to AC issues in Alabama, you can't really want anything else. Shouts out again to Aaron, who went above and beyond for us today. He had a situation arise that could've normally expected a reschedule for the appointment but he made sure to take care of us. Totally exceeded expectations for us, 10/10.

Jon Michael and his partner Chris were great. They were on time, explained the job, got it done quickly and cleaned up the mess at the end.

Absolutely the best. On time and Honest! Jamie the tech is very nice and extremely knowledgeable. I had another company "So & So and Son's" try to sell me entire new unit when all that was needed was a $35 thermostat.

HVAC unit has be down since 12/27, said they ordered a part that would be in in 1 to 5 days.....it is 1/15....and still nothing. Called another company that came out on Saturday and had it running in two hours. I would never recommend this company!!!!!!!

Had a part on my ac system start leaking, the technicians that came to install the new part were friendly and professional.

Giving a 1 star to these thieves is way too generous. I’ve had this company come out 3 times to “fix” a problem on my AC unit. I used this horrible company through my American Home Shield warranty. They never fixed the problem. Charged me $720 on a coil cleaning that probably likely did not need to be done. When I asked for my money back on the problem they never fixed, they told me the coil needed to be clean to diagnose the issue. They were never able to diagnose the issue. I had to call another company come out who diagnosed the problem within the first visit and fixed my AC issue. I am never using AHS given the horrific companies they use. I’ve let this company and AHS aware I Do NOT want anyone from Myers Comfort Specialist company on my property ever again. Beware of these thieves. If you are not bond to AHS, do not freely use this company on your own. Please research companies and read reviews prior to allowing them on your property.

Louis is an Awesome technician. His Expert Skill and HVAC knowledge is Second to None. A true Professional. He is the only technician I would want to have evaluating and fixing my HVAC issues.
