We love their service. they are very knowledgeable and very honest. We have Mr. Jack come over to our house every 6 month to check our very old AC unit and he always does a good job. And he's got such good manners, we really like them.

The service rep was timely and very down to earth. He quickly diagnosed my issues with the wiring and even repaired an open Duct that was causing cold air to come inside my house. I will continue to use them for my future HVAC needs. 🙏🏽

Another company installed my thermostat and in the process caused the AC to stop working. They stated they would not be able to get an electrician out until Monday. We live in Alabama and it’s May! I immediately called Turner and Schoel. The technician called and gave me an ETA and fixed the problem. Nick was nice and even gave me a quick tutorial on the thermostat. This company is dependable and I will continue to use them for my heating and AC needs.

My existing unit installed by Turner and Schoel lasted fifteen years; it would have lasted longer had a mouse not grounded the air conditioning compressor! I was very pleased with Turner and Schoel’s. We thought we needed a new unit but they took the time to check the unit out and realized it only needed a cleaning, some duct replaced, and told us to add to some insulation in the attic. These options are much cheaper than a new unit so I appreciate them saving us money. We will use again.
