Our A/C compressor went down late afternoon on a Saturday. Placed an emergency after hours online inquiry to Turner and Schoel. Within minutes, the on call service tech (Matt) called. He arrived exactly when he said he would. Was courteous, professional, and seemed very knowledgeable. He had our unit up and running again quickly. Highly recommended!!!

Turner & Schoel is the best out there. I was notified before they arrived, which helped me get home before they arrived. They talked me through everything that was an issue and the best methods for repair - we were having issues keeping our house cool during these hot summer months. They were very polite and knowledgeable, and they even discussed the next steps with me in case the issue continues! I won’t choose anyone else, and I’d recommend them endlessly!

Matt and Brandon both r awesome. I've had to use them twice in recent weeks. They went above and beyond to help me.

Matt was on time and very professional. He explained the answers to my questions in a way I could understand. He was very thorough and took his time in servicing my unit. I have dealt with Bradley for years and Bradley has always provided me with great service. Bradley is always available even though he has moved up in the company. I requested Matt to be the Service Tech next time I need something.
