Woke up to HVAC unit not working properly just before Thanksgiving and called Turner and Schoel; who sent a tech out same day. The unit had a significant issue and as a result we filed a claim with our insurance company. T&S was quick to get the info our insurance provider needed and had a replacement unit installed the next business day. Furthermore, they left no mess in the house for us to clean up! Overall, we are very pleased with the timing and service we received from start to finish.

Great service as always from Turner & Schoel. Easily and quickly scheduled the service through Joseph after receiving the semi-annual reminder notice to perform maintenance service. Will arrived on time, provided a thorough maintenance service, and explained what he did and what he found very well. Good company and good people.

Our air went out and it was late Sunday. The temperature in the house had risen to 89 degrees and we were melting. Matt came out after 10pm to help us. He came with a nice, friendly attitude and he kept us informed on the problem with our unit and what he was doing to solve the problem. Thanks T & S and thank you Matt!!!

Technicians were friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. They arrived on time and installed my new system in a shorter amount of time than I had anticipated. They removed all debris and left my attic and the area outside near the unit just as pristine as they were before the technicians arrived. This is the second installation that Turner & Schoel has completed for me. They are my go-to company for such work.
