Spoke with Tony Dunn about checking out both of my Carrier A/C units. Tony set me up the next day and Technician Brandon came out, on time. He was very professional, easy to get along with and I was impressed with his knowledge of the Carrier units.
I would recommend Turner and Shoel to anyone needing home heating/cooling work done.

After calling about our heating system malfunctioning, Turner & Schoel had a technician at hours within 2 hours of calling! The technician, Mr. Bobby Joe was professional, kind, and knowledgeable. The quick response and repair within a couple hours was better than anything we could have ever asked for, especially being first time homeowners! When our heat went out on a winter Friday night, we scrambled to call anywhere in town that had an emergency line. Matt returned our call promptly and came right over to diagnose the problem. He was professional, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to try to fix the problem. He returned several times over the weekend to try to come up with a temporary solution out of concern for our comfort and safety. When it turned out that the system needed to be replaced entirely (different Turner and Schoel team), he stopped over from another job to check in. We were very impressed with the company's communication, professionalism, and speed. Bradley also did a great job of helping us understand our options for replacement systems. We will be calling them again!

I was having trouble with my unit. T&S had a technician (Michael) at my home the same day. Michael was very professional and an all around great tech. The services performed was done and completed in no time. I will continue to use T&S in the future for all my HVAC needs.
