Micheal and Chase were very professional. Treated me with respect. Explained to me what was wrong without taking over my head. They educated me and I will request them every time I have trouble.

Their service team and response is excellent. During the covid pandemic a representative spent considerable phone time advising me on high quality filtration and how it would work with my system. I sent a picture of my thermostat and he emailed a manual while still on the phone.

Michael came out to clean dryer duct. Was on time and did a great job! Would highly recommend him and Turner and Schoel!

Heater suddenly went out and they were here within an hour. Diagnosed the problem quickly and got a new part ordered from Birmingham. Did not try to push a while new system on me, even though the furnace is dated. Will just fix the blower motor and be done with it.
