The guys that worked at our house were hard-working, effective, and concerned about doing the job right.
That also includes the owner, who checked the job as well as sold the service. We have used them on multiply occasions, with a good result each time. No return trips were required except when parts were needed. They have several layers of experience on the job so that someone can resolve problems if they occur. Thanks for your prompt response in getting us back on line quickly, you do a great job.

Turner and Schoel Heating and Cooling is a highly-established company in Tuscaloosa. We have relied on them for more than fifty years for many of our heating and cooling needs.. Although there are less expensive options, the professional, efficient, trustworthy service offered is extremely important in our major heating and cooling needs.

Turner and Schoel technicians installed a completely new heating/air conditioning unit. They were professional in answering all my questions, worked quickly and cleaned up after they were finished. I would heartily recommend them to anyone.

Matthew probably hasn't even driven off yet and I'm writing this review and giving 5 stars because he was so amazing! I'd give more stars if that was an option! He was quick and so courteous with my after-hours AC repair. I'm so appreciative! Thank you!

Update to say Bobby and another tech came out again today to look at another unit. Straightforward, clear information about the situation. Got me up and running at least for now. Very happy with Turner and Schoel.

I called these folks last week to ask if they could repair a leak in my hvac system that I had found. They were the only ones that gave me a straight answer on what they would do to repair the leak. Bobby came out this morning on time and did exactly what they said they would do. Really great service I will definitely use them again.

I would like to thank Bobby with Turner and Shoel, he came in and took care of my cooling issue within a few minutes. This company is by far the best and are very honest and reasonable, most companies in town especially the big name ones like Premier always want to lie and tell you that you need a new unit, but Turner and Schoel will always be upfront and honest, that’s why I will always choose them.

After suffering a power outage late Saturday night, we woke on Sunday morning to a dead heat pump. I called Turner and Schoel expecting either a "Our office hours are Monday through Friday" or "Please leave a message". Instead, I was greeted with an answering service that took my information and said a technician would contact me shortly. Within 20 minutes I received a call. ON A SUNDAY!!!! The technician asked me a few questions and said he would be at my home shortly. ON A SUNDAY!!!!
The technician, Jordan Cribb, arrived within the hour. He went about diagnosing and repairing my unit while keeping me informed of everything he was doing. While here, he was very courteous and professional and I couldn't have asked for a better service technician.

This was my first experience with Turner and Schoel, but it will not be my last. They just made a me a customer for life.

We very much appreciate the prompt scheduling and excellent, professional, and friendly service. We are so glad to have found Turner and Schoel over the last year. Highly recommended, and many thanks to Chi9p for today's work.
