If I could give ZERO stars I would. He installed a 3/8 inch gas line into a 1/2 inch gas line pinched the opening and soldered them together and did not put a gas cutoff at our logs. Then he had the audacity to call my husband claiming it meets code and refused to fix it while being extremely rude the entire time and claims that the Amerigas guy is wrong (who found this and reported it to us upon installing our gas logs)... Our builder has fired him for the terrible job he has done, and our builder is now having to pay the Amerigas guy to fix the issue.
