I want to commend Turner & Schoel and their technician Jack Humphries on the efficient job they did on my upstairs heating/cooling unit today. They were prompt, not at all disruptive in servicing my problem, and very thorough in both the work and the explanation of it. I highly recommend this company and particularly want to thank Jack for the work he did.

We had a quick response to our request for service. When the service man did his check he gave us several options ending in our decision to replace our heat pump rather than repair. Mr Brown came the same day and gave us estimates on the replacement. We made our choice and he said they could install the units the next day. They came about 8:30 AM and were finished about 4:30 PM. All the several workers involved including the first man responding, were pleasant, courteous, and efficient.

Bobby and his helper Alex came out and made our a/c unit blow that much better. Very friendly and very efficient at their jobs. Bobby has came out to our house twice and has done a great job both times. He knows his job and does it very good. Highly recommend these guys.

The technician was on time and professional. Yery pleased with the service.

Great service! We have a new system from Turner and Schoel. Randall Lee and crew were very professional and do excellent work. I saw Tony Brown at the gym and he even stopped his workout to ask me if everything was still going good with our large unit. Service before, during, and after the sale!

We have been using Turner & Schoel since 2006, and we've never been disappointed. The company and its staff are all "top drawer!" Jack H. came last week for our spring checkup. He could not have been more professional and customer oriented. We would highly recommend using Turner & Schoel!

Just wanted to commend T & S and Brandon for promptly coming out to find out the issue with our EHP and the water issues we were having and also educating us on what to do for prevention and replacing our sump pump on short notice. This is our second EHP and T & S have always been responsive to quickly fix any problems we have had with our units. Thanks again Brandon for you excellent service and late night. Turner and Schoel changed out our duct work and did a excellent job. They arrived on time and was very polite and courteous. They explained exactly what they were going to do. They did a great job on the duct work and cleaned up everything behind themselves.

I am 68 years old and have had many contractors work for me over the years. By far, this is the best experience I have ever had. When T/S pulled into my driveway at exactly the time they told me they would arrive, I knew this had to be a good sign. John, Bobby, Jordan, and Nate did an excellent job. They worked great together. I asked a lot of questions and they took the time to answer and explain every one. I had a complete unit replaced. John inspected the installation and expected everything to be perfect and it was. I would highly recommend this company for HVAC work. Can't say enough about the four gentleman that did this work. Very professional. T/S is lucky to have such professional employees.
