The Service Tech Nick Summers was extremely professional and helpful. He is a great people person and you could tell he knew how to do his job well. Whatever you guys are paying this guy, give him a pay bump. He is GREAT at his job!

Turner and Schoel is a great company to work with. They always treat me with respect and listen to any concerns I have about my HVAC. We had them install an HVAC unit a couple of years ago and have needed a few minor repairs since then. From the receptionist to the field repairmen, they have all been professional and honest about any faulty parts from the manufacturer. They have taken care of things quickly and always make sure all our concerns are met. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a good heating/cooling company!

I am always pleased at the top notch service received from Turner & Schols. They communicate with me about the issues, the recommended repairs and make sure the tenant is satisfied before they leave. The front office is always nice when I call and management is available for dialogue if I need it. Would recommend this to all my fellow Veterans out there. This company is Veteran friendly!!

Brett Jones serviced my air conditioning units inside and outside, as well as checking the thermostat . My air conditioning stopped working during one of the hottest days this spring. I was recommended this company from a very close friend of the owners family. I had to use the after hours service which had an up charge, but it wasn’t that significant. Being a single female, I always wonder if services try to get me to pay more because they think I don’t know what is going on, but my technician was very upfront about what was wrong with my AC unit and even told me to call back the next day during normal business hours to make an appointment to put a new thermostat in (something optional I wanted) to avoid being charged extra. Very trustworthy technician and company. I will be utilizing this company for any AC/heating issues in the future and will be recommending it to my friends.

T&S have always been quick to respond when I need them. There staff are always professional and friendly. Bobby took time to answer all my questions and make sure that I understood exactly what was going on with my system. I have been using them for at least 20 years. The service technician that came out the day before we had to have a new unit put in was extremely professional and took the time to explain what was going on with our current system and why it needed to be replaced. I never felt that he was rushing us as he was very patient and wanted to make sure everything was explained very well. He went further to explain that the next day they would arrive with the new unit at a certain time. At that time, he and two other techs arrived and removed the other system again further explaining every step. Once the new unit arrived, I was told that a Quality Control person would also be coming to inspect what was going on! I was so impressed with this and had not seen this before. The Quality Control guy went top to bottom over this entire unit throughout the installation process. The professionalism of the three techs and the Quality Control man was absolutely first rate! I will highly recommend this Company to all my friends and coworkers. After all was said and done, I felt like I was the most important customer they had had that day. Thanks, again, to all of you for an incredible experience!
