Johnathan Wilson was an outstanding technician to work with! Showed up at 8:35A for a 8-10A call time. I had stepped away for a few minutes and he had already had our capacitor issue troubleshooted and replaced before I got back at 8:45A. He was very helpful in walking me through diagnosing my other concerns with our system, and was polite and courteous. Would definitely call them again!

Caleb was excellent. He was professional and friendly. He took the time to explain to me how the ac systems work (I have two units). He also found and corrected the problem. Before he left the cool l, cold air was flowing in!!! Praise God!!! He even took the time to show me how to open the thermostat panel.

Jonathan Wilson was our service tech. Very professional. If I had any questions, he always answered honestly and quickly. If he couldn’t answer, he’d contact his manager and promptly answered my question! I highly recommend him and the company for any heating and a/c needs!

He analyzed our situation and explained everything to us in a way that we could understand. The very next day, Justin and Hayden came out and spent the day installing our brand-new HVAC system. Top notch, respectful, kind, and knowledgeable! They knew what they are doing inside and out! Wonderful company! They were so patient and kind in explaining the thermostat to us! Absolutely amazing service! I called this morning and immediately got scheduled in which is awesome since my house was at 80° lol Bobby was super professional, knew exactly what I needed and fixed my cooling issue in no time at all. He answered all of my questions and explained everything that was going on. I highly recommend this company.

This company renewed my trust in quality work. We lost our heat while doing hospice care for my sister in our home. They came, they assessed and they walked us through the loss of our old old old old unit. They answered all our questions and helped us transition to a new unit and everything that comes along with that.
The installers were very professional. They respected the fact we was dealing with a hospice patient on the other side of the wall. From start to finish it took 3 days including the weekend to have our new unit installed. This is now my go to company. I bought my house in August of 2022. I needed an HVAC company to check my system in September. I called Anytime because i liked their reviews. They did not disappoint! My tech, TJ, was very knowledgable, professional and very nice. He checked my heater (it wasnt hot enough to run the AC-more on this in a minute), and all was good. He offered me their service plan, which gave me yearly maintenance on my system and 15%-20% off any service needed or parts replaced. It was well worth the less-than-$130 to get this maintenance. Fast forward to last week. I was scheduled for Friday, June 9, 2023 but i noticed water backing up in my basement. I called them and asked if i could get something sooner and of course they were able to squeeze me in today, Tuesday, June 7, 2023. TJ came out and tested my system. He also unclogged my condenser (?) Line. It was clogged right at the U pipe. Fixed it right up! He also vacuumed up the standing water for me! And guess what? Since i had the maintenance plan, i didn't pay a cent! I can't tell you how pleased i am with this company! If you need HVAC work, big or small, maintenance or repair/replacement, THIS is the company! They are so friendly too. I've used several Big Name companies, but this company outshines them all! You wont be disappointed. And even if you are, they will stay at it til its fixed once and for all! 5 STARS

Technician arrived earlier than was scheduled on a Tuesday evening, which was great. He was very nice and professional. He had my issue diagnosed and repaired within 15 minutes.
