Anytime Heating and Cooling

Can't think of a single negative thing to say about my experience with Anytime Heating and Cooling. It is the weekend before the 4th of July and it is HOT. Our AC stopped working and my wife, my baby, all my animals and myself have been miserable.

I called between 9 and 9-30 and they scheduled me for 11am. TJ Baker arrived at 10:45. After his arrival he got to work and took time to explain things as he assessed the situation. He quickly found the primary reason it wasn't working and replaced the broken part. He continued to work until he also determined what had caused that part to fail in the first place. That was going to require more work than he had time allotted so another appointment was scheduled for later in the day with another technician.

Justin Buck also arrived in a very timely manner. He did the necessary repair and also took time to take care of some preventative maintenance before he left. He stayed and worked until he was able to verify that everything was working correctly and that my house was getting the best possible cooling my AC could provide.

They did all this work while making sure to maintain the integrity of my warranty and they managed to keep the overall cost well below what I feared I might have to pay today.

Very professional and courteous tech. Bought a maintenance plan for a great deal.

After DIY work ended with a 102 degrees home the guys at Anytime were prompt, professional, and once the issue was figured out took the time to educate and detail how, why, and what they did to fix the issue and set us up to not have a reoccurring issue. Great service and extremely appreciated the time spent on a late Sunday night.

Justin did a fantastic job for us. He also explained the technical side of our problem so we can learn from it. Very respectful and courteous. We highly recommend this company. Thank again Justin!

Caleb came to my house first and diagnosed the problem. He was one of the most stand up gentlemen I’ve ever met. We needed a new AC unit and Tim came within an hour. Tim was one of the most honest salesman I’ve ever dealt with. Wrote him a check on the spot. Couldn’t recommend this company more and it’s staff. Owner needs to pay them more though.

Came out promptly after calling them and had my AC running again in a matter of minutes. Did a thorough inspection of the rest of my system and gave me his advice on upkeep between his regular visits. TJ was very friendly and knowledgeable. He also took the time to explain everything he was doing/seeing and wouldn’t BS you about the system. Honesty and competence are the main thing I want in any kind of repair service and you get plenty of both with them.
