Anytime Heating and Cooling

TJ did an amazing job. He arrived on time and was able to get the AC system fixed quickly. He even took the time to point out a Hazzard he saw with the heating system. He was great all the way around and I will definitely use Anytime Heating and Cooling again!

TJ came out to my house on a Saturday and helped get my house cold, he was supposed to repair the system the next week but couldn't because of the storms. It was repaired today and everything was quick, easy, and in my opinion affordable. Everyone I've spoken to in the office has been kind and responsive as well. I really like using them.

Service was great! Jamie was amazing to work. He worked efficiently and found all the issues relating to why we had no heat. It took him no time to repair our issue while giving a great price for all the repairs. Even gave a discount for working for Huntsville hospital. I couldn’t thank him enough to keep our home warm while we brought home a new born from the hospital! I will forever use them in the future

From booking a same day appointment online on a Saturday to repair fixed was amazing. Matt called me after I booked to get a little more info about the issue. He was here on-time and didn't try to over sale things we didn't need.

He called me Monday (today) to let me know what my total cost would be. He was able to come out and fix our unit. He was early and friendly.

I also went ahead and got the yearly maintenance plan they have. That gives me piece of mind so I don't have to worry about my unit breaking down. This will help catching an issue before it becomes a big issue we don't want.

I will be recommending him to others.

All in all Anytime H&C was a good experience. Very professional technician. Very nice receptionist, but maybe needs a little more experience with scheduling appointments. She scheduled my home fast but also didn’t tell me my appointment was only for one of my units. I have two units/systems to inspect and I wasn’t aware I needed to tell her my home consisted of two units, and she didnt ask either. It resulted in a little perturbation for me and then the technician, who handled everything very professionally and gracefully inspected both systems. It was basically 5 stars for the technician, but maybe 3 stars for the receptionist/scheduler, thus the 4 star review overall. I would definitely utilize Anytime H&C again.

We had to have our HVAC unit replaced at our rental house, and Ian was super responsive and helpful! He answered the phone every time I called, answered my endless questions and personally checked on the installers. We’ll use Anytime again if we need HVAC assist.
