Anytime Heating and Cooling

I’ve used Anytime Heating and Cooling for the past 2 years. They are always professional, friendly, and reliable. What I really appreciate about Matt and his team is that they give you options where our previous service provider would simply say “no we don’t do that”.

TJ was excellent technician. He came on time. He is very knowledgeable, courteous, honest, and kind. He resolved my problem within 15 minutes. I had some other companies spend hours and they couldn’t figure out the problem but TJ was so fast and knowledgeable. I highly recommend his services. I highly recommend the company. Great company values. Highly dependable.

We originally used Anytime for a repair. Not only were they extremely quick (and came when they said they would), they were very competitive with their pricing.

We were not in dire need of a new unit, so we waited to commit after getting our quote. After getting additional quotes from some well-known and smaller companies, not one beat Anytime on price as well as warranty! Matt and his team showed up when they said they would, got my unit installed, replaced the thermostat and showed me how to use it. They were all super professional and friendly! I felt like I could trust them in my home and to do the job correctly.

I would highly recommend them to anyone else and am not disappointed with my choice.

Wonderful team. TJ came out to perform maintenance this morning. He was on time, explained everything he was doing and made some recommendations for preventative maintenance. He’s coming back Monday morning to install surge protector, which is a great idea to prevent any issues since we have frequent storms in the area and I have to say these guys are great! Very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. I recommend them to everyone.

Caleb was an absolute stud! Not only did he fix my AC on a stupid hot and humid Bama day but he was super kind dealing with me hovering and asking questions because I’m a dude. Thanks again, will always be a customer!

From a different business, we were told the AC would be fixed today, then when calling this morning they had never heard of us and had no repair scheduled. Called Anytime Heating and Cooling and they set up a time for later today. Caleb arrived early, found the problem, replaced a capacitor, and had us cooling off for 1/5 the quoted price: all in the same visit. Thank you so much!

I reached out to schedule an appointment to have my dryer vent cleaned out. I was receiving an error code on my dryer that pointed to a clogged exhaust vent. I contacted Anytime and got a quote for the service (which was super reasonable) so I asked when they could come out. I was surprised by the flexibility and willingness to work with my schedule to accommodate a date/time that best fit into my schedule.

Matt came out and introduced himself, he was very cordial and charming. He interacted with my kids and dog and I felt 1000% comfortable having him in my home. He asked before moving anything, kept me informed of what he was doing and gained approval before anything he felt may be a concern.

He worked quickly and accomplished the job. He also cleaned up after and took out the trash when he left.

The ease of payment was fantastic. Payment accepted are something anyone would be able to do (Cash, check, card) so if you don’t have one, you’ve got other options.

I am very pleased with the quality of customer service I received and the well above average quality of work this company performs. I will never call on any other company for my heating/cooling needs.

Hands down, the best HVAC company I've ever dealt with. TJ was prompt with the appointment time, and walked me through the entire process of the unit repair, clearly explaining all options available for repair or replacement. Very professional and personable tech! Would absolutely recommend these guys.

TJ was amazing. He called to see if he could come earlier than scheduled as he had completed his other appointment early. He was very professional and did an intense review of my unit. I will definitely use them again for any issues that I may have with my unit.

Professional, honest, and skilled - from trouble shooting to HVAC model advice to install and testing the guys from Anytime Heating and Cooling were spot on. We couldn't have asked for better.
