Anytime Heating and Cooling

TJ was a huge help! Very professional and knowledgeable. He new what the problem was almost immediately and explained the issue to me while making the repair. I really appreciate the extra care given and I would definitely recommend Anytime Heating and Cooling!

This is an updated review. 2 years ago I posted about how amazing this company is and how Matt was so personable and helpful. So let me update that.
When this business says anytime, they really mean anytime! In fact, Matt was so worried about my heating and cooling needs that he showed up at 12:30am Monday morning. I don't even remember scheduling a service request for the middle of the night. Good thing he knocked on the front door and covered my ring camera, or my dogs may not have woken me up. The strangest thing is that usually when you schedule appointments with them, they send you text reminders. I had nothing on my phone about a service request, no text, no phone call. Matt must have been so concerned that he couldn't sleep and drove to my house first before heading home. I know he lives close by, but he didn't need to go the extra mile like that.
He and his wife really make this a family business! I even got a message from her on Facebook asking me to not post the video of him because she was so concerned about my safety. I really appreciated that both of them were so concerned about a woman living alone that they wanted to make sure I was safe.
In fact, Matt even sent me a text a few days later to apologize. He must have realized how startled I was that he was on my porch in the middle of the night and covered my security camera. Surely, he just read his clock wrong. He must have meant to come over at 12:30pm not AM.
In all seriousness, if you are a single woman, I would not recommend that Matt comes to your house for services. The rest of the guys at the company are great! But if you want a drunk to show up on your doorstep, cover your Ring camera, and pretend like that is a totally normal or professional thing to do, then hire Matt for Anytime and I mean Anytime heating and cooling.

Communication was great. I knew when the tech was headed our way. Both the person I talked to on the phone and the tech (Jamie) were very polite and professional. Jamie answered every single question I had. He was so patient and kind and very thorough. He took his time to make sure everything was correct.. And to top it all off, it costed a lot less than I thought it would. I definitely will only call them from now on out.

Great experience with these guys from the initial phone call (which was after hours) to the technician. Really felt like getting my air conditioning back in working order today was a priority for these guys and not just another job, the tech came in and was very professional and knowledgeable answering every question I had. After the job was complete the tech went outside and waited to make sure that my unit was going to perform the way it should. I give these guys 5 stars from top to bottom.

We've always had great experiences with Anytime. In addition to their knowledge and top-notch services, their customer service and communication are exemplary. We've been very satisfied with this company and all of the staff and technicians. Thanks for taking care of us, Anytime!

Matt and his crew are excellent. Alex came out and was very professional....he ensured my unit was performing as new and updated me on everything he was doing. If you are looking for honesty and professionalism, I highly recommend Anytime Heating and Cooling.

Outstanding company! Matt came out and quickly found my issues and fixed my AC! He is so knowledgeable and friendly, he’s the only company I will call. My AC is working better now than it ever did and I am grateful for Anytime H&C. Stacy is awesome as well!

My boyfriend’s air went out this morning and the guy he normally uses couldn’t come out until tomorrow. Our dogs needed someone today because they can’t be in the 86 degree house all day while we are driving home from vacation. We called a few places and Anytime was the nicest, most professional place we spoke with. The guy (can’t remember his name) that took the call and made the appointment for us was so polite and gave us all the information we needed immediately. He told us Alex would be out to fix the air between 4 and 6 this afternoon; it’s now 4:20 and he’s already done and has left. Very quick service. Alex called to let us know what was wrong, was very helpful, and has eased our stress on our drive home. I normally hate talking on the phone to anyone in this type of industry, but these guys were awesome. They’ve definitely gained a new customer. Thank you again!

I really can't say enough about how wonderful my experience was with TJ Baker. We live in Lincoln County, TN and were happy to learn Anytime serves our area. Our AC stopped working this past summer and they were at our home to diagnose the problem on time and quickly fixed the blower motor. We also got a upgrade to the HVAC system to deal with allergens and we love it. TJ and his team team made the whole process as painless as possible. We are definitely sticking with them. :D

After another company failed to diagnose my heating problem and fix it. I called Anytime Heating and Cooling and talked to Matthew on 15 Feb 2020 and he set up an appointment for me on 16 Feb 2020 between 10 am -12 pm. The service technician Jamie arrived at 9:45 am during a winter storm which I wasn’t expecting because of the treacherous road conditions. He was very professional, polite, and diagnosed my heating problem and fixed it promptly. I highly recommend this company! I would’ve given 6 stars if possible. Thanks, Jamie!
