We've had nothing but excellent experiences with these guys--they definitely have great customer service. We signed up for a service plan, which was very affordable and thorough. We also have had them come out to repair our thermostat, which was on the weekend. In spite of that, we did not have to pay any additional fees. We will definitely be using them moving forward.

Had an 82F degree house at 10pm and was able to get their technician TJ out to me in a couple hours. Was very friendly and helpful.

Condensate back up for one of my units above my stairwell. Pan was completely full of water. Called at 4:30 on Friday and had an appointment scheduled for 12-2 on Saturday. Tech was running a bit behind and called to inform me. About an hour later I received a call from the owner of the company informing me that the tech had gotten injured and they would have to make an adjustment. The owner came to my house as soon as he got a service van. He was very pleasant and efficient. Did not try to upswell me anything and even showed me what to do to help clean out the lines. Wonderful service and would highly recommend. Thank you to everyone that I dealt with there.
