    I called castle's heating and air at 8 30 am my heating problem was fixed by 11 30 am and it was at a fraction of the cost of what Blake hvac charge me months ago. Chris my technician was experienced knowledgeable courteous friendly and fast at his job. They won me over 100 percent and I would highly recommend them to all my family and friends thank you Castle for your time dependability and loyalty ...and big thanks to Amanda for her professionalism in customer service.....💪😍❤❤❤❤❤❤💯💯💯💯

    2018: I have a home owner warranty that contacted Castle. They came out the next day with great communication. They were very polite and respectful. They did the repair quickly and accurately. Very pleased and would recommend them. Christopher was our repairman.

    2019: this year our other unit had a leak. They replaced the parts in a timely manner. The best part about our experience was with Thom and Adam. Polite, respectful of our home, and very good communication. I highly recommend Castle!

Amanda helped us with scheduling and financing as well as working with our home warranty company. Chris did the labor and provided excellent assistance and advice on how to keep our unit in top shape.

    I had a service request put in through my home warranty. Tom was sent out to complete the service order. He was very helpful, honest, and cared about his work. Their service was as quick as can be and priced well. I can't speak for everyone but, I know who to call for my A/C needs!

    I wish I could give Castle Air more than 5 stars. This company is amazing and actually care about the work they do. Tom has always been professional and friendly, as well as explaining any issues to us. We had a couple of issues in 2015 and he had them fixed quickly.

    In April of this year, our upstairs unit blew a control board. Even though I requested Castle Air, our home warranty company sent out a different company. It took close to a month before our unit was up and running. First, after it took a week for this company to get the new control board in, it blew within 10 minutes of being installed on a Friday. Monday, they came back out and determined that the outside unit now needed a new board...had to wait several days for that part to come in. Then the fan motor needed to be replaced (so they said). Finally, after about a month and 3 guys from this company coming out to our home, it was running again.

    Then a month ago (July 24th), we came home in the evening to no AC upstairs. A different company was sent out by our home warranty company who found that the company that came in April actually hadn't fixed what they said they did correctly and I was then told that the original company would have to be the ones to come back and fix it properly. So after 3 more weeks of waiting for parts and return trips, it was up and running on Monday. I was told the problem was due to high voltage going into a low voltage system. It worked for 2 days before blowing yet again.

    This time when I spoke to my home warranty company I insisted on Castle Air. I was prepared to pay for it myself if I needed to at this point, but the home warranty (finally) assigned Castle Air to this problem. Jeff came out yesterday (Thursday) at 1 pm. He quickly determined that the problem was a voltage issue, so obviously this other company never corrected the actual problem! Jeff and Tom came back today (Friday) at 9 am and had it fixed (voltage problem fixed, new control board, and a new thermostat) within an hour.

    In less than 24 hours, Castle Air was able to fix what this other company took about 2 months altogether, along with multiple people and return trips to my home and even then, never solved the actual issue.

    Anne was extremely helpful and friendly on the phone during all of this and genuinely cared about what was going on. I cannot say enough good things about this company. They are the ONLY ones that I will use for any HVAC problems.

    Home warranty company passed a work order onto these people and they failed to contact me to schedule an appointment in the allotted time and were unresponsive when called. We have lows in the 20s and highs in the 40s currently and my house is pretty much freezing. I had to call my warranty company and have them remove the work order and place it with a different HVAC service. I absolutely do not recommend this company as they are obviously too busy to make a simple telephone call to schedule an appointment with their customers. Blacklisted.

    Castle Air installed a new HVAC system for me a few weeks ago. The process itself was pretty by the book. However, the unit is extremely noisy, and I can't get anyone to return my calls to help me find a solution. I find it extremely ironic they use their Christian faith as a marketing tool, given that they're apparently a take-the-money-and-run type of business.

    This is the best HVAC company in Huntsville. They are always friendly and have the best pricing. Got to meet the owner he is kind hearted and very intelligent. Just describing my issues over the phone he was able to assist me and made the necessary repairs the day the parts arrived. Will always use them for my HVAC needs.

    I would give this company a 0 stars if I could. They came out on Friday after being contacted by my home warranty company. They told me they would get the part and be back Monday. The technician called and stated the part wasn't available in the whole state of Alabama. They would order it and be out in three to four days. I called them on Friday because I had heard nothing further, it was day #4, and it was going into the 30s the next night. After trying to figure out who had been out and expecting me to remember the name of the man who had been there a week earlier, they said they were waiting for the part from the distributor. I asked if they had a time frame. Unapologetically they told me no, their hands were tied. I called the warranty company who contacted them and got the same story. Monday I called the warranty company back. They called them and were waiting for a call back from them to give them a time estimate. Wednesday, I called the warranty company back and asked for someone else. Another company came out, located the motor at Trane in Madison, and fixed my heater within two days. Never would I call this company. They don't even return phone calls. Horrible customer service and apparently they can't use a phone to call local companies to look for a part that was right in town.....

    Very bad experience with this company . First and last time I use them .
    Before knowing what is really the problem. They come in and say Cleaning is the issue causing the problem and off course that is not covered by the insurance . Instead of cleaning and then see if the issue is resolved , they leave and ask to make an appointment to come and service and clean in paid by the home owner .

    Another company came in , found the problem with the electronic board and they replace it . No issue with Cleaning .
    Very bad experience when the weather was very cold .
    Lack of knowledge . Poor customer service .
