I had what I believed to be a run capacitor go bad on my old and sad heat pump a/c unit. The two ladies behind the counter were very friendly and super knowledgeable. I'm a lay person and not a pro, but they treated me with dignity & respect even though my questions may have been amateur in nature. They talked me through the wiring as my existing capacitor wasn't labeled at all and had two terminals instead of 3. It took me all of 5 mins to change out and now my young kids and wife have cool air again. What a relief! Thank you.
