All I needed was a 90° piece of ductwork to replace a piece on my house. They refuse to sell to anyone without a Contractor License. Even a piece of metal duct. You basically have yo be part of the 'club'. Good riddance to places like this.

This company will not sell parts to home owners. I needed a capacitor for my fan motor that went out. They sell capacitors on Amazon and other websites but I needed it quick and local. Wasted my time going here.

Awesome place to purchase ac parts and materials.. These guys can find the right parts fast and are fun to deal with. Ask for Colin and you’ll get the right part promptly. There is also coffee available in the back break room!

Refused me service, even though I've been a customer multiple times, for no reason at all. Worst experience and I will never go there again. I'd like to subtract the star I gave them and then two more deducted. Thanks for not being helpful. Tried to tell me they only sold to contactors ,again after I have been there and have had my husband and my father-in-law continually bought things for AC units.
