A great company begins with honest, capable employees. The technician came to my house, assessed the problem, gave me an intelligent summary of the issue, then fixed the problem!!!! I am impressed and will send all of my HVAC needs to Castle.

The company is wonderful and very professional.
They care about their customers even after they have completed a job. Ann is always a rockstar. She is organized and diligent and makes it easy to do business with her company and insurance. Even after two years when I needed help they have been there to assist!

I call these guys to let them know my heater is out around 2:00 PM today. By 4:00 PM they had replaced the broken inducer motor (replacement they had in stock - they went back to grab it and came right back) and had my home warm again. Excellent service.
