Peter from Prime stopped by to take care of the problem. He was very comprehensive in his examination and found a wire that had come loose from a connection. He also replaced an air conditioner capacitor and a small fuse on the furnace. We are very satisfied!

My husband and I like it very cold in the house (like 62-63)and they keep our HVAC unit working GREAT. I have also had my insulation and duct worked changed by them ....they did an amazing job. I would highly recommend this Company. They always respond quickly to any maintenance calls. They have a great maintenance program that is really reasonable. They even take the time to shoot you a text to let you know when to change your filter. LOVE LOVE LOVE them....I wouldn't use anyone else!

Our aging HVAC system had a compressor fail - Peter and his crew came out diagnosed the issue and offered several repair options immediately. We also asked for replacement options since the unit was 13 years old. Peter sent back several options for us to review. He met with us and reviewed each option line by line explaining what each package included.

We settled on a new unit option on Wednesday .. the unit was delivered and installed on Friday. Unit is working great, smart thermostat is awesome and the unit is heating our entire home evenly with no more cold spots in the home.

Peter himself even called this week to follow-up and check on our unit and our satisfaction.

In 2020 it is refreshing to do business with a company where the owner picks up the phone when you call and calls to check on your satisfaction after doing business with them.

We just built a room on our home and needed an AC, we called Peter and he was so very patient explaining the different units available. We are so thrilled with the unit, it exceeded our expectations. We also have the maintenance program and we get text reminders to change
the air filter which is so nice, I don’t have to keep track of when it’s time every month.
