TOMMY'S HEATING AND AIR

On Christmas Eve our heat went out when temps were below 30 and freezing. Tommy’s hearing and air answered right away and fixed the problem so quickly and came on Christmas Eve and saved us!! Not many businesses would come on a holiday!! They were wonderful and would definitely use and recommend them again!!! Thank you again for saving the day!!!

Feel free to call for service. Someone has always shown up to service my unit when anything goes wrong, but I wouldn’t recommend them for installation. I was asked where I wanted my vents and put down painter’s tape to mark the spots. I came back to find that Tommy decided to cut a vent exactly where he wanted to and right through my brand new floors that I’d just paid $17k to have laid. Now, I have an air vent that blows up my robe, my skirt, and my dustpan every time I empty it bc he put it in the middle of a walkway bc he thought it would look better there. We discussed his opinion on placement before I left to get breakfast, and despite my refusing his suggestion, I came back to a hole in my floor right where I explicitly said I didn’t want one. I wouldn’t trust this company with installation. Too much trust must be had not to alter your home in ways that YOU as the homeowner have to live with.

Came quickly and fixed it quickly.
