Outstanding customer service from the first person that answered the phone to the technicians that just left my home. We discovered mold growing on our air filter and determined we needed the unit removed, cleaned, and the HVAC closet properly sealed up as it was not done correctly when our home was remodeled. Bob Woodall Air Care exceeded our expectations when they discovered more issues once the unit was removed. The technicians were knowledgeable and so pleasant even when telling us not so great news. I cannot recommend them enough to anyone with any HVAC needs. They even stayed after hours to make sure the job was 100%, with a smile on their face. We have clean, cool air and are so grateful!

Fantastic experience with Bob Woodall company! I’m terrible at remembering names but everyone from the receptionist, service call team, and the crew that came out to fix and replace our outdated system in the storming weather! They truly went above and beyond and left our work area without a trace. I recommend them for anyone that needs any kind of service done! If only I could leave 10 stars!

After many months of AC unit issues and countless services from local businesses, we finally called Bob Woodall. SO worth it! Our tech took the time to search for the true problem and resolve it. Then even helped to answer every question we had and helped to educate us! We now feel confident and supported in caring for our HVAC system.

Within three hours, we had our initial call, and their visit to stop by to see what our issue was. An hour after that, we have cold air again! Nathaniel was fast, efficient and friendly!

We were pushed by our general contractor to use a HVAC contractor that “Was not as high” as Woodall’s. Well, in the end Woodall’s had to fix the cheaper options mistakes. Also, once I did some digging, I found out that the cheaper options prices really were not that much better.

Bottom line: If you want it done right the first time and the product supported, Woodall’s is the way to go.

Joe was very thorough & professional. He explained everything he was doing and why, to try & resolve the issue with our thermostat. It was evident he wanted us to feel confident the issue was fixed, however, in the event another unforeseen problem arises encouraged us to call right back in. His experience & knowledge was very much appreciated.

Fast, friendly, and very professional attention. We’ve been getting our two unit system serviced for years from Bob Woodall. Last week we had one of our systems fail after 19yrs of use. Luckily, the team arrived next day to assess the situation and jointly decided that it was time for new, upgraded equipment. Today the guys were able to replace BOTH systems in a short time (approx 9 hours). We cannot thank them enough.
