Have needed Michael to work on a heat pump twice, different issues. Got great service and advice on caring for the system. Quick service, very knowledgeable and professional demeanor. Also remembered he helped us at work and did some great troubleshooting on some equipment. Highly recommend him.

They went above and beyond to help me with my air conditioning and didn't charge me a fortune nor nickel and dime me for outrageous charges like the use of equipment ... It's a family owned business (2 brothers) that has been around a very long time. They inherited the business from their father, and have been doing heat and air service their whole lives. They always go above and beyond for their customers, and they make you feel like youre their top priority.
Last time I needed them it was a holiday and I told them it could wait...but they were there to fix it within mins. and didn't charge me. I've also called to get a new unit at a rental house...When they got there, they fixed the problem and told me not to spend the money, because the old one was still good... that unit is still going stong over 2 years later. THEY WERE HONEST and didn't try to sale me something I didnt need...That says a lot to me!
Paulk's is my go-to for any heating or air conditioning need...and always will be!
