Offered a service plan at an affordable rate monthly or yearly to come out every 6 months to service our unit.
Meanwhile, a 15% discount in any service they perform while on the plan. I will be using them for all of our HVAC needs.

Prime HVAC replaced a 10 year old ductless system and repaired another heat pump system. Excellent service and very professional in every respect. They were prompt, courteous and explained all options before beginning work. They cleaned up everything, showed how to operate the new unit and ensured my manufacturers warranty was submitted before they left. Highly recommend them!

Excellent service and customer care. I've went through two different hvac companies and they couldn't get my smart thermostat working correctly. Prime HVAC came in and reinstalled it for me and even explained how to work it and even told me why and how it does certain things that was causing issues from before. They have a monthly service plan that I also signed up for. Great company, definitely worth calling.

They put in a new ac unit and insulated my duct work in the attic today. I have lived in this house for 5 years old ac unit vouldnt go below 74 and would run all day. This unit holds 65 with ease and Temps out my vents is at 49 degrees absolutely amazing. It's a winter wonderland summers well be amazing now. Very professional and friendly. Way above expectations.

Called them and they came from dothan to ozark same day service and fixed an issue that my local handyman could not handle.. Very friendly staff he deserves a raise, he was professional and solved my thermostat/AC system issue within an hour for 79 bucks. I will certainly call them if I ever have another issue with them. Our heater/AC went out a few days ago and it’s quite old. They had to order the parts so it took a couple days but the new motor and fan is cooling down the house very fast. If anything else ever goes wrong at least we know who to call.

We had a new ac system and split air system installed, replacing our old ones. Peter, Arthur, and Peyton were all very professional, on time and came prepared. They are fast, friendly and efficient. Very quick to respond and schedule the work as well. Excellent customer service! I highly recommend!
