Arthur and Payton came out and did a did a service and cleaned out the drain line on my hvac system. Both were very professional, friendly, helpful and informative. I decided to go with the 6 month maintenance plan to help cut down on any issues in the future. Thanks guys

I wish I could give this company more stars! My husband and I recently closed on our dream home, only to find that a pest control company destroyed the ductwork under our house during a crawlspace encapsulation. The dirt and dust being pulled through the system was making my children and I sick and we had to move out. I called several AC companies, and none of them wanted the job because of the size of it and the fact that they would be dealing with the pest control company’s insurance for payment. Prime HVAC took on the job, dealt directly with the pest control company, and exceeded my expectations with a timely repair! I cannot say enough good things about the integrity of the people that work for Prime HVAC. Thank you for getting us back in our dream home!!

Great service! Had to a fixed and cooling in no time!

Peter is amazing! He has done A/C work, installed smart thermostats, and The Ring camera on two of my homes. He has excellent customer service, prompt service, will answer any question you have. There isn't another Air Conditioner company I'll work with besides him. He has trained alot of his employees as well. One of them worked on one of my homes first time I did business with them. He helped him all the way through the process of installing our thermostat and The Ring camera. They also fixed a issue we had with one of our rooms not cooling. Changed our filters and set that fan on a timer. It's great doing business with honest and genuine people.
