Several years ago, I had an issue with an aging heat pump. Peter's team had been out for the semi annual check up and all was running fine. The temp dropped significantly & Dec 23rd, I had no heat pump. I called Prime, Peter verified that I had an alternate heat source & he came & fixed our unit on Christmas Eve. Now that's what I call great customer service.

Peter has always been very responsive and punctual when it comes to service. He is very thorough when he comes out on a call. I trust what he says when he tells me what’s wrong. He doesn’t just “put Freon in it” and call it a day. He finds the issue. Prime is and will continue to be one of my first calls when it comes to HVAC systems.

After a bad experience from the first company that was sent to check my HVAC system, they finally sent the right company in PRIME HVAC. Pete determined the problem right away, had the solution and performed all the repairs quickly. My appointment for system replacement was between 8-9 am, he and his crew were here at 8:00 and started the work immediately. Very professional and are very careful with your home in all aspects. Peter and his team work well together and are total professionals. Highly recommend PRIME for any and all your HVAC needs and whatever else they do.
