Prime HVAC has been handling HVAC maintenance and repairs for our home for a couple years now. When it came time to replace an outdated high-wall mini-split unit in our bonus room that was not functioning properly, Prime was ready for the challenge. We walked through a few different options that were available and selected the one that fit our needs the best. The whole experience was great. We wound up with a new Bryant "cassette" mini-split system (in the ceiling as opposed to on the wall) with an Ecobee smart thermostat. Also had them replace the existing thermostat on the downstairs unit with an Ecobee smart thermostat as well. We are very happy with our new system and the service from Prime HVAC. Would highly recommend them to anyone looking for HVAC maintenance, service, replacement, or new installs.
