Excellent service..the maintenance was done quickly..also checked and adjusted a noisy vent. They send me a text each month to remind me to change the filter. They also respond promptly when I have a problem I highly recommend this company to everyone.

Call Prime regarding a dryer issue. I suspected a heating element. I was told what time they could be there and they were. It was the heating element and they had the part on the truck. Very professional, very personable, and very reasonable. Cleaned up afterwards and I am totally satisfied. I do recommend them!!!
