Valley Heating and Cooling - Decatur

When our old HVAC unit died over six years ago, we bought our new unit from Valley Heating and Cooling. They were punctual, polite, and professional, discussing options with us and answering all our questions. The purchase and installation was fast and painless, a very good thing in July in Alabama. Since that time, they have handled any questions, update to a better thermostat, and annual maintenance appointments with an excellent customer service and courtesy that can be difficult to find these days. Our last service technician, Brandon Mathis, was very polite, professional, and friendly from the phone call to let me know he was on his way until he wished me a nice day as he left. He also offered me the opportunity to have my dryer vent cleaned, a long-delayed and much-needed service I was eager to have done. Thank you, Brandon and Valley, for your long-standing quality service!!

We asked for a quote on the condition and repair on our HVAC unit. They sent someone out that very afternoon. Adam was thorough with his recommendations which included different options, patient when answering my questions, and made sure I understood. Adam was a very nice and knowledgeable guy.

John was at our house 7/6/23 exactly when he said he would be there. He went over and beyond to make our unit work. He was sent out to do one thing but had to stay several hours to get the job completed because of some issues that had been overlooked by someone else.

I really appreciate Adam taking care of my Mom's heating situation. He even went so far as to notice that her thermostat was too high for her and lowered it. He seemed very knowledgeable and respectful to her. Valley heating has always been our go to for our heating and cooling needs.

Both Adam & Tyler did a great job for us. They were very professional and Knowledgeable about the equipment and their job . They answered our questions and explained everything to us
and very pleasent to talk too. We will definitely do business with this company again.

Andrew Robinson JR and his partner did a good job removing my old unit and installing my new one. Showed up when they were supposed to and got my AC back and running.

I want to thank Brandon Jonathan and Kevin for a job well done on installing our new unit. They were very professional in everything.

Casey did a wonderful job fixing our A/C unit. He was professional, on time, and knowledgeable. Would highly recommend.
