Excellent customer service!!!! Our A/C unit finally died on Saturday night and I was scrambling trying to figure out what to do.I knew our A/C unit needed to be replaced. It was hotttt!! I called Valley Heating and Cooling on SUNDAY at 2 p.m and talked to Gerald the sales rep. He had me a quote on a full A/C Install in less than 30 minutes and said they would have a crew at my home to install it at 9 a.m the next morning if I agreed to the price. That’s Service!!!!!! Jonathan, Philip and Gabe started working at 9 a.m and didn’t stop until they finished about 8:30 that evening never complaining one time. Our attic was over 100 degrees and they were up there for hours. We are a new customer for life!!! Thanks Valley Heating and Cooling!!

Fabian was very accommodating when I couldn’t meet early in the morning, to come later in the day. He quickly fixed my unit that was not cooling and gave me advice on future maintenance of my units.

Our AC unit went out and we were able to get a technician out same day to come take a look. Turned out we needed a whole new AC unit. Brandon, Johnathan, and Landon came out and did an excellent job. They were extremely professional and worked hard to get our AC woking.

Valley was very responsive. They were able to get out Landin G. on the day we called. We had a unit that was pretty old and needed to be replaced. We got a quote to meet our needs, including some upgrades to our older system. Brandon B. and Jonathan F were out the next day to get everything in. It was miserable up in the attic, but they were quick and professional the entire time. Brandon was able to answer any questions we had and was very knowledgeable in the system they were installing.
