I called Valley because they had the best reputation on google, and I’m glad I did. Casey was knowledgeable, patient, thorough and on time. He was able to explain my options so I could understand.

The very next day; I was able to have a new HVAC installed in an insane amount of time. Like, six hours. Jonathan was the only name i received but the entire team was phenomenal in humid weather.

Very thankful for local businesses that I can trust with experienced techs we can trust.

They were very courteous on the phone, and the technician was excellent in person, he took time to explain my situation, good and bad, and gave excellent recommendations. Brandon Mathis was in and out fast, and got the job done efficiently. I'm not very experienced with this kind of air conditioning unit (I've always used window units), so he gave me a few tips for maintaining and taking care of it, which i greatly appreciate. Thanks for the great work Brandon!

I never have any issues with Valley Heating and Cooling. They are always on time and very professional and accommodating. Kevin James was our tech today and he was extremely nice and explained everything he was doing perfectly. Would highly recommend them to anyone.

Joel was professional and thorough. He explained our situation in detail, and said his supervisor would call us the next morning, which s/he didn’t… We are still without AC, and it’s July…
But Joel was great.

Casey did our yearly AC maintenance today. He explained everything that he was doing and why which I really appreciated. He gave suggested on when would be a good time of the year for us to have our maintenance service done that worked best for our setup.

I called Valley and requested a quote for a heat pump installation. Adam M was the man who did the quote, he arrived exactly when he said he would and he knew exactly what needed to be done and where. The quote process was easy and straightforward.
I had some contractors outright refuse to work on my 35 year old heat pump or replace it, but for Valley that was no problem at all. I had Brandon B, Vance K, Sean M, Jonathan F and Clint R. All were professional and did their jobs well. I'm more than impressed by the quality of the install and the workmanship. They changed out my heat pump in addition to the return and main output ducts for what I think was a fair price. I would highly recommend everyone mentioned to someone looking for a new system, ducts or even a new thermostat. If I need any more HVAC work done, I'm definitely going with Valley's Decatur team.

I called, intending to dial the office number, but instead dialed a service tech, Tyler Elrod, directly. He was extremely courteous and took care of everything from there. It probably won’t shock you that I’ve had multiple service folks before (other businesses) say “you need to call the office and set up” this or that. It just so happened that Tyler was on call for my area, and called me back about an hour or so later letting me he was on his way and was about 30 minutes away. He diagnosed our issue and had the part ordered within 30 minutes. Couldn’t be happier since we changed to Valley!

Outstanding service from Valley and Casey Self! Valley is always there when we need anything with our heating and cooling systems. We have replaced both of our units and they are always a pleasure dealing with them (from the receptionist to the technician)!
