Valley Heating and Cooling - Decatur

I called Valley Heating and Cooling at 9:00 in the morning when we noticed that the air conditioner in our preschool wasn't turning on. The gentleman that I spoke to was kind and professional and had a crew at our door just 2 hours later! Mr. Tyler and Mr. Kaycie were beyond incredible! They were quick, thorough, explained everything they were doing, and what needed to be fixed. Mr. Tyler even offered to clean up the little bit of a mess that was made when they went into the attic. Within 3 hours of me calling and requesting a service call, our air conditioner was fixed and cooling beautifully! As a small business owner I am fully aware of how important providing a quality service is, and how important the people that represent your company are. In my opinion, Valley Heating and Cooling is at the top of their field in both departments! I would highly recommend them for your heating and cooling needs!

Our AC went out last night and Jon Stebbins showed up today, within 10
Minutes had my thermostat back to normal, found out the problem with the unit and had it fixed and running soon after. Very nice and professional. Now I can sleep cool tonight. Will definitely use them again. Thank you Jon.

Kevin James was very prompt, courteous, and professional. Thoroughly checked out the AC unit and gave a thorough explanation to the problem and how to fix it. Very satisfied with this company and its employees.

We had an issue with our air conditioning unit and my husband contacted Edward McLaughlin from Valley heating and cooling . He came out quickly and resolved our air conditioning problem . We were so thankful because our inside temp was almost 90 degrees . He also gave us valuable information on a service plan . He made our very difficult situation just fade away . I would highly recommend this business and tech . He was very professional and helped us understand what was going on he resolved it very quick .

Brandon came today to fix our unit. He was very knowledgeable and thorough and did an excellent job. I would recommend him in the future.

Tyler Elrod was very courteous and informative. He seemed to know all about our unit and explained it well. Was not pushy on anything. Would welcome him back.

Adam arrived the same day, was able to diagnose our problem within five minutes and had us back up and running 10 minutes later. We have used Valley for years and won't use anyone else. Great company to work with!

Adam Mason was fantastic!!! My AC stopped working last night and Adam come through to cool our house again. It was something super simple but nevertheless, the man needs a raise! Kudos Adam!! Will definitely use Valley Heating and cooling again. Thanks again!

Kudos to Brandon B, Vance K, Johnathan F, Austin M and Fabian N for a job well-done! They replaced my old worn-out HVAC unit with a new Trane and I was impressed with the speed at which they completed the job. Would recommend!

Casey did a great job getting our unit back up and running. He was extremely detailed and went above to get our home back with cool AC for the evening.
