Valley Heating and Cooling - Decatur

I called today (Saturday) for service. Adam arrived this afternoon and quickly diagnosed and repaired my AC. He was courteous and professional. I am now ready for the warm weather!

With temps dropping the past few days my unit was not keeping up. Josh came out, & was able to work on the unit and did not leave until the unit was able to heat our home! Josh was extremely helpful in explaining what was going on, and giving me some of his knowledge on why my unit was struggling to stay on, and what he did to fix it. With an 8 month pregnant wife, and 2 kids I did not want them to suffer through this cold. I’m extremely thankful at how quick, and professional Valley Heating and Cooling was to work with.

Nobody looks forward to replacing their unit but these guys made it painless. We went over our options with Gerald one day and the guys were out early the next morning for installation. They went above and beyond updating where needed. We ended up with 3 teams to assist and get it done earlier than expected. Everyone was professional and respectful and no detail was left unaddressed. Many thanks to Brandon B, Vance K, Johnathan F, John W, John M, Phillip A, and Adam Mason for getting us taken care of ahead of the freezing temps.

Adam with Valley Heating and Cooling came right out last Sunday. I called them at 7 and they were at my house by 9:30. He was able to fix my issue temporarily. Then he came back on the following Friday right in the middle of the 10 degree temperatures to replace my gas valve on my heater. Definitely top notch service and they are always on my speed dial list for my house.

Brandon Mathis arrived on time and did an excellent job of inspection of of Bosch heat pump system. We have used Valley for many years and find them to be the best available residential HVAC service in Decatur. Thanks Brandon for your excellent work and attention to detail.

Contrary to popular belief, there are still businesses that practice good Customer Service and Valley Heating and Cooling is one of them!

From the time I called to request a Service call to the very last moment when they we’re explaining what they had done to install my new unit, I felt nothing less than genuine Customer Care and Service!
They took the time to go over the type of unit I purchased, explain the warranty coverages and then allow me to ask any questions or concerns I had.
