Valley Heating and Cooling - Decatur

A few days ago I discovered the heat wasn't working at a house we are moving into tomorrow. Called Valley H&C and they sent Carlos C. out asap that same day. I was so relieved! He diagnosed the problem promptly and the unit was up and running. Thank you so much, great job, very nice, professional person. Great communication as well, keeping me posted on his arrival. I definitely recommend this company and will be scheduling maintenance with them soon.

We woke up on December 23rd, it was six degrees outside and our heating unit was not working. We called Valley and within a few hours, Adam Mason came and fixed our unit quickly and professionally. I highly recommend Valley and Adam Mason for any heating and cooling needs.

We asked Mr. Napoleon to come out and repair our unit on very short notice. He arrived the same day and provided excellent repair service.

Jonathan S was very personable and he used his knowledge to help us understand the issues and our options.

Had a few issues with the old unit on our trailer and they came out and replaced the unit for us. The new unit needed a new thermostat that came cheaply, and they also had good quality. When we got the unit we got the package that came with it; then the unit needed a new intake as the one we had was too small. Mostly free with the package and still the same great service. Thanks to Brandon B., Vance K., Johnathan F., Sean M., Clint R., Mike, and Fabian N.. They all provided great service and manners while still completing their job in a timely manner and with quality.

Brandon Mathis was my tech today; he was on time, very courteous, and explained what he was going to do then when finished talked with me about my service. I highly recommend this young man and the company he works for.

My family has been using Valley for over a year now and never had any issues with them. Always show up when they say. Always able to answer any questions we have. Always been very polite and professional. We've had issues on and off with our A/C unit that is older than time itself. Long story slightly less long, that unit died and Valley got us a new unit, new system, installation, and everything all within just a few short days. Thankfully this didn't happen in the middle of July, oh my! Amazing service hands down. Thank you to all the installers that were stuck in our house for two days giving my family an amazing A/C system. Special thanks to Blake A, Jeff M, Brandon B, Andrew J, Vance K, and John M, appreciate all the work you guys did for us. Keep it classy, keep it cool! 10/10, would use this company again.

Edward McLaughlin came out today and fixed a leak we had on one of the pipes running to our unit in attic. He was very nice/ helpful answered all the questions and concerns I had. He also found some other problems that I’m so glad he addressed because me and my husband didn’t know about the other stuff and we plan on getting that fixed soon!

After discovering issues with my existing heating/cooling system Valley was quick to have someone out to inspect and offer options.
Upon deciding on a system replacement that crew arrived same day and did an excellent job installing a new lower until for my split system. Courteous, friendly, professional in all aspects of the job.
Brandon B., Vance K, Jeff R, John M, John W, Jonathan F, Tyler M, Jordan J & Kevin J all did excellent work in ensuring i was up and running again in just a few hours.
I would highly recommend for your HVAC needs.

Tyler Elrod came and had our drainage issues fixed up and out cold air back on quickly! Excellent job!
