Valley Heating and Cooling - Decatur

When the old HVAC system at my house starting dying, I sent a request to Valley Heating and Cooling for a quote on a new system. Even though it was after normal business hours I received a call very shortly afterward. Gerald spoke with us for a while and set up an appointment for the next day. When he came out, he took time to look at our old system, the duct work under our house, and he took the time to understand the problems we'd long had with our previous unit and walked us through our options.

Having selected a new system, a crew came on site the next day to start evaluating the materials they'd need. Within only three days, Brandon B, Johnathan F, Sean M, Clint R, and Sean E had replaced all of our duct work, installed a new HVAC unit for upstairs, and installed a mini-split for the basement. The whole time the crew was here they were incredibly professional, courteous, and efficient.

Several days in with the new system now and I can state that the quality of their work is excellent and I'm incredibly pleased with the system they installed.

Casey came out to our house today to do maintenance. He did a great job, was professional, and was very efficient. Our unit was also installed by Valley Heating and Air. We're always pleased with their service.

I had two separate actions performed by both Adam Mason and Kevin James following a HVAC Motor/contactor replacement that did not go well. Both Adam and Kevin quickly isolated the issue and resolved it quickly. They both did an excellent job and I wanted to pass on my special thanks.
