Adam did a great job at coming to check out our heating unit and making sure he got it back to regulating properly again. I cannot speak to what he did, only that he did the job to get our heating back on AND made sure that our heating coils weren't going to burn the house down. Thank you so much, Adam!

Adam, a technician had to come out on a Sunday, in the rain when it was getting dark to diagnose my outdoor HVAC unit that keeps freezing over. He determined it was a new board that is required for a yr old unit and is ordering the part and will be back out in a couple days or so. I was frantic as I am leaving in a day for a trip and he made me comfortable with doing so. Valley heating and Cooling is always responsive, kind and prompt. I appreciate all of the workers and how fast they are able to come out.

Gerald R, Vance K, and Brandon B are the best. On time, hard working, polite, and respectful. The experience these guys display is unmistakable. They completely removed my old Heat Pump system and AC unit and replaced them with a Bigger, Better, Faster 96% efficient Furnace and 16 Seer AC unit in just two days. Also installed a Honeywell Wi-Fi Thermostat and replaced old 16 inch Air Flow tubing with Larger 20 inch product. These guys know what they are doing, and got right to it. Thanks so much guys. You're the best.
