I called AAA AC Repair to have my AC unit looked over after seeing some water marks on my ceiling under my attic AC unit. Within 1 hour of my initial call Carl arrived and got right the issue at hand. He was able to identify the problem, carry out the repair, and will be following up with me to make sure my AC issue resolved. Extremely professional and clearly knowledgeable. I called AAA to service my air conditioner, as it has been a year since they repaired it. Last year they added a stop-leak kit and coolant. It has worked perfectly for the last year. On follow-up, my system is still within operating levels and no work is required at this time. Tipple "A" will continue to be my service company.

Dave and Travis did a great job replacing our 13 year old residential system with a completely new system. Dave arrived within 30 minutes of the initial service call and we had a new system installed the following day. We’ve used AAA since we bought the home. Great company and have always had great service at a very reasonable price. Highly recommend AAA.

We called AAA regarding a non working thermostat on one of two systems. Both systems were very old. We got a phenomenal price and ultimately had both systems, inside and out, replaced! Dave and Travis were wonderful and it is obvious that they care a great deal about their work and their customer! If we have future problems we know just who to call! These guys are solid!

We've used them multiple times now, once to repair a shorted fuse in our attic blower and more recently a fried capacitor in our outside AC unit. Travis is great! Very responsive, fast, knowledgeable. Identified and explained the problem and how to repair, without trying to sell us on expensive unnecessary upgrades. Was able to repair with parts he already had in his truck so the total time from us first calling them to set up an appointment to fully repaired was less than 3 hours! Thanks!

Had some trouble with our residential AC unit, so I called AAA Air Conditioning and spoke with Carl. He is a very professional, super nice guy and told me how to check my unit's warranty. He stopped by and filled me up with freon just keep us comfortable until we could get the repair done. Will definitely use AAA Air Conditioning for future repairs. Highly recommend!

Carl Winners and AAA Air Conditioning is first class service all the way. As usually happens with AC issues, it was a last minute call for service. Not a problem for this company; Carl promised to take care of it first thing in the morning. He also set an exact appointment, NOT a window of time requiring me to sit and wonder just when the company might get to me. Best of all was the extremely rapid trouble-shooting and problem solving processes. Nevertheless, Carl still took the time to show me the source of the problem so I could understand what he needed to repair. I very much appreciated that. Then if that wasn't enough, he explained all my future options given the age of the unit, citing the pros and cons of each, as well as costs involved. I was very impressed. Highly recommended this company! Carl was great to work with. My air conditioner had struggled the last few days to keep our home comfortable. I thought the unit might have been low on freon and probably needed some routine maintenance. Made an appointment with Carl this morning to check and clean the unit. He showed up on time and was very courteous. He checked the system and told me it was fine. The unit was even clean. He explained that the problem was due to the age of our house, the age of our system and the extreme temps this weekend. Instead of trying to sell me a new system, Carl gave me some tips on how best to run the system on those extreme days. He didn't even try to sell me any service plan. Only thing he asked for was that I keep him in mind when I do need to replace the system. It is refreshing to do business with someone who is more concerned with the customer and repeat business than with making a quick dollar.
