6-10-19 A couple of months ago I had AAA Air replace an older AC unit. Could not be happier. Works great!!! Also I checked my power bill and and it is $100.00 less than my 6-17 and 6-18 bill. Could not be happier.

Carl is the best in the industry!!! Carl and his team of experts helped our family finally solve our air conditioning problems. We had a system installed by another company that our builder recommended. For almost 5 years they troubleshot that system, and it continued to fail every year at least once or more. Carl has fixed several installation issues and our system has been running smooth ever since! In addition when a warranty part failed and was not in stock his diligence to keep us cold, by making almost daily follow ups was awesome. This company is amazing!! I called late in the afternoon at our closing time to report the air conditioner being out at our church office. They offered to come out first thing the next morning. Kenny checked out the problem and found it to be a stopped drain. He said it was the easiest fix he had all day and refused to charge the church anything. They are prompt, efficient, friendly and give exceptional customer service. I have recommended them to our entire staff for our personal air conditioning needs. I called last week because my mini split broke down. Within 10 minutes technician Dave Rotach was at my house. He fixed the problem within 20 minutes. I have used and recommended AAA Air Conditioning many times in the last 10 years, they really do a nice job.

Excellent service....Twice in the last several years (in the smoldering heat of Alabama summertime), my AC wasn't working properly. Within the hour, Carl the owner came to the rescue for me and my 3 boys. I live in North Mobile county so I'm not "just around the corner." Did I mention within the hour?! The first time was Freon and the second time, the blade wasn't spinning. He didn't even charge me the second time. How pleasant it is at this day and time to be able to trust a company that you can count on!

This company was punctual and took great care of us, we have had problems with our commercial HVAC due to age since we moved into our building and it is nice to find a company that has made things easy for once. They were professional and the owner and technicians made it a point to explain everything and did what made sense for us budget wise. Great company, will continue to use them for future needs!
