AAA Air Conditioning

Before calling AAA Air Conditioning I was afraid that the cost to repair my AC would be through the roof! The owner, Carl, was able to come to my home on the same day and fix our unit in under 10 minutes! He is professional, prompt and fair! We will be sure to call him each year to service our needs. Great guy!

Before I called Carl, I had had some A/C work done by another company that my home warranty company pointed us to. There were repairs made but their work was shabby and didn't really fix the ultimate problem. Fast forward several months. We didn't renew the home warranty. Summer is approaching and we notice the A/C isn't cooling. Great.

You never want to need A/C service. You just want it to work. So when you call someone, you want to feel like they understand, that they'll respond as quickly as they can, do the work right and not rip you off. Naturally, I didn't call the company we were forced to use as part of the home warranty. I called AAA and got everything I hoped to experience. That's why I'm giving Carl and his team five stars. Timely, courteous, fairly priced, competent. I don't have to worry about my A/C now. And yes, the house is cool. I definitely recommend them.

Had other companies come out and told us we needed a new system. Called AAA Air Conditioning to look at it. They promptly came over and did a free system checkup and found a minor freon leak. Problem sloved! Both the owner and tech were great. Saved me thousands of dollars. I highly recommend calling Carl at AAA before replacing your system! Great doing business with you!

These guys are great. I found out in the middle of the summer that both my units needed replacing. Carl came out and gave me a price that was much better than the competition. He even promised to keep my old units going until they could be replaced. A few days later they replaced both units on the day we scheduled. It's been a little over a month and I've had zero issues and the new units are much more efficient. I would definitely use AAA again.

We have used AAA for years, most recently this week. They are always professional and courteous. Technicians are highly skilled. We would never consider using any other company!

Our AC unit stopping working Saturday night, got in touch with Carl & he was here Sunday morning! It only took a short time for him to figure out the problem & fix it. I can't thank him enough! What a blessing to be able to count on Carl, mid-August in Alabama is hot!!

5 stars all the way! Honest and reliable. We have used Carl’s company for several years (at Home and at our restaurant). When our VERY old Home ac backed up and flooded our hallway he fixed us up right away and taught me how to do some minor things myself to save money and keep it going a few more years. When we eventually had to replace it he helped us get the best for our money and then showed up to install everything in the pouring rain(he wasn’t going to let my kids and I go a day without ac)! It’s rare to find affordable, trustworthy customer service like his these days.
